Field Flowers

Recently I heard someone say that it is just as important to stamp the envelope as it is to do the card. I thought about that statement and have decided to do just that when sending out my cards. Pictured here you can see the card stamped with the set Field Flowers and then in the background my envelope is stamped using the stamp set Flowering Flourishes. The next time you stamp why not try to do your envelope too.

Twist Card

I have seen several samples using this design just lately and finally set out to make one myself. Tags

Don't you love receiving a tag on something? I love gifts that have a special tag, clothing with a unique tag and I especially love to make tags to add to something I am giving. When customers get a Stampin Up order from me I always include a handmade tag on the bag. This tag uses the new Chalkboard Technique. I cut the tags using the Two Tags Die Cut (item 115194) and then used white Craft Ink (item 101731) to sponge the edges. The stamp set is called You are Loved (item 123779) and the heart is from the Hearts Framelit Collection (item 125599). Do you see the silver butterfly to the left of the tags? They are using the new Bitty Butterfly punch (item 129406). Have fun making this project.

Little Black Dress

Most of us at one time or another have owned a Little Black Dress worn for special occasions. I can recall one or two of my favourites over the years, so when I saw the stamp set All Dressed Up (item 129174) and the matching framelit called Dress Up (item 130101) I knew exactly what kind of a card I could make with it. I was very pleased with the result, I hope you like it too.

While we are Leadership in Orlando in January Stampin Up announced that during their 25th Anniversary Year they would be coming out with a new stamp set each month.
